Day 221: Sunday funday.

Long time no post! The last three weeks have been murder on my sleeping, posting, and dressing habits. I'm going to catch up on everything band camp by doing very short posts, which will be unfortunate looking and unfortunate reading.
Shirt: SOS (a thing with my church).
Shorts: Soffee's from Target.
Shoes: Kohls.

Day 220: The world is my hummus

Clutching pearls...in the form of my Kiwi necklace.
Jacket: Thrifted. Back in my old ways. I've missed wearing this lil guy, though now that it's on me I can see why I haven't worn it; It' feckin' hot in August.
Skirt/purse: Forever 21. Daring to believe.
Headband: Voice teacher gift.
Shirt/shoes: Target.
Note: I will not be able to post again till saturday because I've Band Camp this week! I'm super excited for the Guard part but need to warn you about the outfits now: They will be reminiscent of FJM but I promise I won't commit any repeats. I'll do my best to keep it interesting fashion wise, but you don't need to visit the blog for the next 6 days (unless you would like to study my archives, in which case, I suggest February). So, goodbye love. Hello disease. (RENT REFERENCE)

Day 219: And I liked your bra!

This was a one take photo shoot. Bravo, Jacob. For getting it done the first try.
Dress: Delia's. Gotta keep it classy for voice lesson.
Headband: A gift from my voice teacher! She's the greatest, I love seeing her. I hadn't seen her in almost 3 weeks so to come back and have her give me a gift other than her presence was incredible.
Sweater: Costco. Keepin' it classy.
Shoes: Target.

Day 218: Dadadadadadada and OUT

I don't know what this pose is. But it feels perfect for this outfit and day. I've felt strange all day, except for while marching. Marching was when I felt great. Though, I'm sad to say that fatigue has finally caught up with me.
Shirt: Sister's. She left me many a gem, this is an extremely abused one. It has holes almost everywhere. That's why I'm wearing it with a high waisted skirt--no one needs to know.
Skirt/sweater: H&M. My spring color was green, my summer color is coral.
Necklaces: Grandmother's, Scarlett's. I love having women with histories around my neck.
Belt/earrings/purse: Thrifted. I think this menage-a-trois of gold should come together more often.
Shoes: Target. Old faithful in shoe form.

Day 217: "Caitrin hit the band director with her flag pole"

Look at that saasssssss. Look at that bra straaaappp. Look at those shouldeeeerrrs.
Dress: H&M. Sometimes after Pre-camp I look at the floor and decide to wear whatever I see.
Belt: Thrifted. I maintained my toxic level of annoying energy today. Maybe it's the tie dye sports bras? Who knows.
Blazer: Delia's. This blazer makes me think of my friend who loves bowties.
Shoes: Target.

Day 216: "Let's beat the clarinets!"

I have so much energy! I freaked out after pre-camp today which always happens when I'm tired and sweaty and gross and I just sort of went crazy. We started counting in British accents, man voices, and little girl voices.
Shirt: Forever 21. Remember that thing I said about bras and visibility? That was not a joshatron.
Sweater: Melody gifted. Yay voice teacher! Yay everything! (Is this not annoying? This is how I was this morning after 5 hours of marching in the sun. I also ran everywhere.)
Skirt: Gap.
Shoes: Target.

Day 215: One and two and three and four and five and six and seven and PLACE

Pre-camp is amazing! It's hard as hell and it's extremely hot and I have to get up at 6:20 AM but still! It's great. I know how to much 8 to 5 now. Which means taking 8 steps to get from one yard line to the other. And now you know some useless marching basics! YAY.
Tshirt: Old Navy. I went to piano lesson today and while I was there I realized my bra is visible through my shirt. Then I realized that this summer has made me give up on bra hiding. Get ready.
Skirt/purse: Forever 21. Charming lady, she is.
Sweater: Costco.
Shoes: Target.
