Jacket: Color Guard. Everyone on Guard had to wear their jackets today. I loved it! I felt so close to everyone because I could spot them from ANYWHERE.
Blouse: Thrifted.
Skirt: Forever 21. I'm just so excited.
Tights/socks: Target.
Shoes: Simply Vera by Vera Wang at Kohls.
